hi, iam levi a tech inclined guy. i do many stuffs doh. but let me just let this one out now
how to fix no display  on computer(not showing anything on screen)
if your system is not showing anything(on the screen) when you turned it on
these could bee the issue
*battry is low or no power for destops
*power sith has gone bad
*ram malfunction
*screen is bad (or monitor is not connected for destop)

first i will start with the first i.e power problem .make sure you battry is well charged and your monitor is connected to power ,your could trouble shoot this by checking the  socket to be sure the power is well connected to the soccet

 secondly check that the power switch is well connect in position,(mostly desktop)
this is most time the case in destop computers ,because they have their power  switch held inside by plastic to the body of the system. with time some get was washed and the switch sifts inside so when you press it your hands dosesnt reac where it actually is or it will not come on. to fix pu you ear close to make sure you hear it click and unclick. if it dose not the(i advice you seee an engineer) but before then try the options below. they could help
And also some other times the switch in destop get old. that they only click . normally it is suppose to click and unclick and this is aided by a spring under it this spring is not usually seen with the neaked eye its is inside the swith itself ,so if the swith dose not sound twice in-half a second (its should sound like the ticking of the clock, so to hear take ear very close to the swith) then the swith is not good. switches are toggle so it should always return after you press it firs sound for going down and the second for comming up. lolz, let me just go to the next since most of us uses laptops these day


thirdly ram malfunction. this is most time the case when a system refuses to display or show blank screen .
the ram(random access memory) is in charge of the display together with the vga controller. let leave the long story right?
to rectify this what you do first is to completely remove the battry and fix it back. if that doe not work then do this
if you have a screw driver(i would advice you get an engineer to do this) loze open the back of you pc be it destop or laptop
locate the ram .
####when connecting or removing the ram ,make sure the battry is disconnected or the power cacle is remove from the system for desktops
conect back when you wan to test(if the system is on and you  remove or add a ram you could damage the motherboard)(i will use  #### to remind you of this)
  the ram

usually they are more than one in a system. the posibility is that one has gone bad ,
-remove all the rams you see ####
-clean the panel(the golden part) with a brush or preferably on you hair for all the rams
-clean all  the ram slots with a long brush####
- blow the system to remove all the dust on all its part especially the motherboard
-clean the ram slots again very well####
-now slot in one ran in one slot and try to swith it on####
-if that dose not work put the same ram in another ram slot ()#####
try the same ram in all the slots if it dose not work
At this pont if it still does not work then you need the attention of an engineer(feel free to call me +2349086906234)

issues related to bad screen dont juzt occur except your laptop or monitor fell down.
you can be sure this is the case by press the num lock, if the num lock light comes on then you are sure the screen is the problem
